Delta Dental
Laguna View Family Dental is an in-network provider with Delta Dental. If you have Delta Dental coverage, you can take full advantage of your in-network benefits with us.
MetLife, Cigna, and Other Insurance Plans
We are happy to continue seeing patients with MetLife, Cigna, and other dental insurance plans. For these plans, we see you as an out-of-network provider, and our fees are based on UCR (Usual, Customary and Reasonable) rates.
Out-of-network coverage varies by plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits. Our team is glad to help you understand your coverage and what to expect before treatment.
What does “out-of-network” mean?
It means we do not have a contracted fee schedule with your insurance company. You are still welcome here. We charge UCR fees, which reflect the typical cost of a service in our area, and your plan may reimburse part of that cost depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Financing & Payment Options
If you do not have insurance, or your plan does not cover everything, please ask us about your payment options. We will work with you to find a plan that fits your budget so you can get the care you need.
