I am a new pt. Of Dr. Townsend. Haven't been to the dentist in a while because I really dread it. But everytime I have come to the office, the staff always greets me and calms my nerves with their promises of making everything as painless as possible! I have not been disappointed so far. I recommend Laguna View Family dentistry to anyone in need of great, professional dental care.

Timing was impeccable. Laura called me on a personal note. I haven't seen her for many, many years when I was a patient at another dental office. We started talking about dental procedures. I told her I wasn't very happy at the dental office I was currently at. Thus, I stayed away from the dental office for many years. I had to have a tooth pulled right before Christmas at that office. The only option offered to me by the dentist to have the tooth replaced was going to cost me $3,000...no other options were offered, so I just had them pull the tooth....leaving me with a hole there. Laura encouraged me to change to her dental office with Dr. Townsend. She, right off the bat, gave me other options that were way less expensive. I read the reviews on my current dentist (which weren't very good), and I read the reviews of Dr. Townsend. Dr. Townsend and his staff had 5-star reviews. That was good enough for me to change dentists. Every option explained. Very friendly staff!

This office is amazing,...No matter what I need done or how much I worry about it, they make it all better. Everyone is so professional, thorough and fun at the same time. Dr. Townsend takes the time to explain all that he finds with educational videos, pictures and x-rays. They are accommodating with tough schedules and offer great payment options. I will continue to refer my friends and family here and will be a forever patient.
